Straight-edge polishing machine
The Straight Edge Polishing Machine is designed for automatic processing of straight stone edges, integrating calibration, straight-edge grinding, chamfering and polishing in one continuous system. Equipped with multiple grinding and polishing spindles, it can process stone slabs from 10–80 mm thick and up to 3000 mm in length. With an adjustable moving speed of 0–6000 mm/min, pneumatic pressing cylinders and a heavy-duty machine structure, it provides a practical solution for stable and efficient edge finishing in stone fabrication workshops.

Integrated Edge Processing
The integrated machine bed is engineered based on the pyramid mechanical principle, delivering exceptional stability during operation. This design not only guarantees cutting precision and vibration resistance but also significantly extends the overall service life of the equipment.
Multi-Spindle Grinding & Polishing
Equipped with 3 straight-edge spindles and multiple Ø125 mm polishing wheels, the machine performs progressive grinding and polishing along the stone edge. A dedicated calibrating spindle and chamfering spindle further expand its processing capability for more complete edge finishing.
Wide Processing Range
The machine supports stone thicknesses from 10 to 80 mm and a maximum processing length of 3000 mm, making it suitable for different slab sizes and straight-edge applications. The main body moving speed can be adjusted from 0 to 6000 mm/min according to processing requirements.
Stable Pneumatic Clamping
Four pneumatic pressing cylinders help secure the stone during processing, reducing movement while grinding and polishing. Combined with the 3500 kg heavy-duty machine structure, the system provides stable support for continuous edge processing and more consistent machining results.
