The Three-Axis Basin Hole Machining Center is designed for efficient stone countertop processing, integrating drilling, milling, edge shaping, basin-hole grinding and polishing in one machine. Vacuum suction cups and pneumatic locking provide stable workpiece positioning, while automatic tool change supports continuous multi-process machining with less manual intervention. Its open structure and movable worktable allow flexible processing of countertops in different sizes. With multiple tool positions and automated operation, the machine helps improve production efficiency, reduce labor requirements and deliver consistent results for sink cutouts, countertop edges and customized stone fabrication.

Integrated Multi-Process Machining
The integrated machine bed is engineered based on the pyramid mechanical principle, delivering exceptional stability during operation. This design not only guarantees cutting precision and vibration resistance but also significantly extends the overall service life of the equipment.
Automatic Tool Change & Multi-Tool System
The automatic tool change system works with multiple tool magazine positions to support milling cutters, drilling tools, grinding wheels and polishing tools. Different tools can be prepared in advance and changed automatically according to the programmed process, reducing manual intervention and supporting continuous drilling, milling, grinding and polishing operations.
Stable Vacuum & Pneumatic Clamping
Vacuum suction cups and pneumatic locking securely hold the stone workpiece in position during machining. The stable clamping system helps reduce workpiece movement during drilling, milling, edge processing and polishing, supporting more consistent and reliable machining results.
Movable Worktable
The movable worktable makes workpiece loading, positioning and adjustment easier during production. It provides greater operating flexibility and helps simplify material handling, especially when processing larger countertops or changing between different workpieces.
