This five-axis CNC stone processing center is designed for high-precision, multi-process stone processing. Utilizing five-axis linkage technology, it can process from virtually any angle. It can complete cutting, drilling, grooving, edge shaping, chamfering, polishing, carving, and complex 3D modeling in a single setup, suitable for slabs with thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm. It is an ideal solution for countertops, sinks, furniture components, architectural stone, and other high-value custom stone products.
This integrated machining process encompasses carving, irregular cutting, basin hole cutting, grinding of inner and outer basin edges, milling, polishing, shaping, and engraving, with automatic tool changing throughout the entire process.

Bevel parameters can be set by segments directly on the geometry, meeting the requirements of complex and multi-stage machining.
Based on material properties, processing conditions, and cutting quality requirements, the system automatically calculates optimal cutting speeds to ensure both high efficiency and consistent cutting quality.
