7-Axis Flexible 3D Machining
The 7-axis flexible machining system combines a 2700 mm working reach, a 1000 mm full-rotation worktable and a 210 kg payload capacity. It enables multi-angle machining of deep carvings, sculptures, reliefs and complex 3D stone shapes with fewer inaccessible areas.
High Precision & Automatic Tool Change
With repeatability up to 0.05 mm, the machine can reproduce fine details in reliefs and intricate carvings. A 20-position ATC automatic tool changer supports automatic switching between different tools, reducing manual intervention and enabling continuous multi-process production.
Fast Offline Programming & Simulation
After importing a 3D model, the software automatically calculates and generates an optimized robotic machining path, reducing the need for time-consuming manual teaching. Full 3D simulation and collision checking can be completed on a PC without stopping the machine, allowing programming and production to run in parallel.
Intelligent Programming & Industrial Reliability
The intelligent programming system helps optimize tool paths and avoid difficult machining areas, simplifying operation for complex 3D workpieces. Combined with dust- and water-resistant protection and a design intended for long continuous operation, the machine is suitable for demanding stone workshops with high dust and humidity.
