CNC Machining Center
The Stone Countertop Machining Center is designed for integrated processing of quartz stone, granite, marble, sintered stone and other countertop materials. It combines intelligent vacuum positioning, milling, grooving, drilling, edge profiling, polishing and sink opening in one machine. With automatic tool change, a BT40 tooling system and center-water tool cooling, the machine can complete multiple processes continuously with less manual handling. Flexible suction cup positioning ensures stable workpiece fixing, while a wide range of milling, grinding and polishing tools supports different countertop shapes, edge profiles and basin designs. It is an efficient solution for kitchen countertop, bathroom vanity and customized stone fabrication.

Smart Features & High-Performance Design
Intelligent Vacuum Positioning
Flexible vacuum suction cups securely hold stone workpieces during machining. The suction cups can be arranged according to slab thickness, workpiece size and cutting path, providing stable support for large countertops and multiple workpieces while avoiding interference with the tools.
Integrated Countertop Processing
Milling, grooving, drilling, sink opening, edge profiling and polishing can be completed on one machine. From rough machining and dimensional finishing to basin processing and final edge polishing, multiple countertop processes are integrated into one continuous workflow, reducing repeated handling between separate machines.
Automatic Tool Change & Flexible Tooling
The automatic tool change system works with the BT40 tooling system to support milling cutters, drilling tools, grinding wheels, polishing tools and other stone-processing tools. Different tools can be automatically selected according to the programmed process, improving machining flexibility and reducing manual tool changes.
Center-Water Cooling System
Center-water delivery directs water through the tool directly to the machining area during milling, grinding and polishing. This helps improve cooling and chip removal, supports a more stable surface finish and contributes to longer grinding-wheel and tool service life.
Efficient Continuous Stone Production
Designed for continuous countertop fabrication, the machining center combines stable workpiece clamping, automatic tool changes and multi-process machining in one system. It helps streamline production from positioning and rough machining to edge finishing and sink processing, making it suitable for kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities and customized stone fabrication.
