Automatic Loading & Unloading
The production line integrates automatic slab loading, suction handling and unloading, reducing the need for manual material movement. Even large-format slabs can be transferred more efficiently, helping reduce heavy manual work and improve overall workshop safety and productivity.
Intelligent Imaging & Nesting
The system captures slab images and performs intelligent layout planning before cutting. Optimized nesting helps arrange cutting paths more efficiently, while suction-cup repositioning helps avoid over-cutting and improves material utilization for irregular and customized shapes.
Synchronized Continuous Production
Loading, cutting and unloading can operate in a synchronized production flow, reducing downtime between different processing stages. Multiple processes work simultaneously, making the system suitable for continuous, high-volume stone fabrication.
Automated Batch Cutting
For repeated production of the same specifications, the line can operate with minimal manual intervention. Continuous slab conveying and cyclic cutting support more automated batch production, helping improve consistency and reduce dependence on manual operation.
Clean & Efficient Finished Output
An air-blowing system at the discharge end helps remove water and debris from the slab surface before unloading. Combined with automated conveying and handling, this provides a cleaner finished output and helps streamline downstream inspection, sorting and further processing.
Processing Capabilities
The machine can cut both standard and irregular shapes, including rectangles, trapezoids, diamonds, circles and customized profiles. It is suitable for a wide range of stone materials such as marble, granite, quartz stone, sintered stone, microcrystalline stone and ceramic tile, providing flexible cutting for different slab processing requirements.
